For 2012
A new year began and i am still in Berlin. It has been 4 months since i arrived and the begining of the new year brought some decisions along.
I became a part timer at my work. Not that i don’t enjoy it but because I decided to learn german! Since I arrived i have only spoke english, portuguese and spanish which is not a good way for integrating and understanding this country’s culture. Working 40 hours a week did not give me much time to learn the language or to see the city I am living in! Most of my routine was work, eat and sleep. Tired of this exploitation I took a leap of faith an decided to seek further horizons. Its a bet what I am doing however it feels great. Now I have more time for myself, to read and explore this country with the safety of an income that allows me to survive. I will begin a german language course in the 1 of February! Very excited in learning a new language, specially this one! It will open greater opportunities for the future and also the amount of new books i will be able to discover!
